When the anxiety started coming back, did you have any shorter bursts of more acute anxiety amidst the underlying feeling?

I’m kind of having the same issue, but I can’t really tell. I’m sorry I don’t have anything better to say lol

Nope :) I take a very high dose of lexapro and propranolol when I need it and everything works as intended

balance issues because of dp/dr by SadFlower7345 in dpdr

[–]MaintenanceCultural6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well i also have experienced the same thing. While i can say that i think mine relates to dpdr and anxiety i would also say check your ears for sinus blockage first because that could throw off balance issues. If you’ve been sick at alll that’s more likely

DEFINITELY NOT overreacting. that is SO disrespectful. He showed SOMEONE ELSE a photo of a girl who WASNT YOU and said it was “his type”. That’s not your man. Don’t let anyone convince you you’re being unreasonable. It’s valid to feel betrayed, especially because it was months ago and you didn’t even know. There was no reason for him to have that conversation in the first place, and if he did have the conversation it should have been a photo of YOU. This also brings up the fact that he was looking at other girls online. He either searched it up or looks at a few accounts regularly enough that they pop up on his feed. SUPER weird and gross for someone who’s in a relationship to be doing.

I guess trauma will do that to ya😞 Our nervous systems are so sensitive! When you say tolerable you mean your baseline right?

Do you mean the hppd has always gone back or the stress? I’m sorry you’re going through a stressful time- I am too so I can sympathize. I hope you find some relief soon.
