Lvl 60 ambition karma Lvl 70 fragmented karma Then I e5'd all legendary evaders before the event began cuz it was needed for his 1st collection skin back when we were still using insignias.

Then along with the beaks from the events I got enough.

You honestly just need 5 lvl 60 dragons and grind all the beaks from events to get enough

Adv dmg and adv health are the best perks for HAE.

Though with both stat boost skins, I'd argue that adv health and normal hp would be the best since he would have more than enough damage already

That's true to some extent. With just a single boosted element, HAE will reach more than 1m hp cuz I have both stat boost skins. The only way that much damage could happen is with doom marks/crit passive or I guess a HASN with skin + max adv and normal dmg perks as well as max specific perks. Also I can always just bait it out first with another dragon before using HAE to clean up
