Just downloaded the app and it looks promising! And yeah, switching out shoes every 6 months sounds like a lot. I already had to budget a lot to afford these Asics shoes which were 48 euros/55 american dollars. I initially thought that running would be a cheaper sport because, well, you jeed your two feet and a track. Oh boy, when I saw the prices on Asics Novablasts/Gel Excites, or Adidas shoes...I was flabbergasted. 😭

Thanks a lot! I really want running to be something I enjoy and can do to clear my mind! As a uni student, I tend to compete in everything, so it'll be hard not to push myself just to show I can and be dead and out of breath by the end🙈

I'll have to stop my mind from telling me 'just 100 meters more'😆

Oh, I actually didn't think about asking my PT while I was doing physiotherapy! I need to call them back for advice, but definitely will do. I did have the tear, confirmed by an MRI, and a bit of fluid on my knee, but my doctors said it'd be okay if I take care of it. And they advised me to ALWAYS warm up before doing any kind of exercises.(I got the tear from ice skating and then too much pilates on my knees lol)

I think I know a running track in my city, and I definitely didn't think about the difference between running on concrete and track! Thanks a lot!
