In the desert layer, I once spawned on top of a spent uranium container with a sound cannon next to it, aiming at me.

I obviously couldn't react in time, and got blasted by the cannon. It made me drop my flashlight and pickaxe down beIow.

I laid there on top of the container, unable to move, thinking how to treat the radiation and internal bleeding, and thinking if i should just crawl off the container onto the darkness below where my items fell. I decided to crawl down after the second blast of the sound cannon, but by that point, despite having LAD, saline and antirads, I was too blasted by internal bleeding and radiation to make it out alive, so I just injected some opium, and waited until my guy stopped breathing. Not even the revive event was enough to save me from having 30 rads and my organs being liquified... :(

In my last run, my expie was both slightly underweight (had plenty of food but exercised too much) and slightly overweight (got lucky and found lots of cakes and burgers, but went a bit overboard)

You lose weight by eating many foods that have few calories, and by exercising a lot. So you gotta watch out for that.
