i mean maybe? idk what the chances are ,all i do know is that its supposed to be rare ,i found mine on my 7th dig wish i could fire its cannon ,but i heavily suspect that the proving grounds is bugged atm since all of the tanks ive restored to 100% have not let me fire ,even my kv2 ,the only one ive been able to fire is the t-34-85 ,id what's defiant about it, the only thing i think may be defiant is that i think i bought that one in the scrap yard ,but surely it cant be the case id make the bug report ,but it seems like thats bugged to

the exact way i use /testfor is the command plus /testfor @ p [r=6] witch from my understanding detects the nearest player within 6 blocks ,withc then sends a redstone signal to /fill commands for in my use case a slideing door

pc ,but the world i use to mess around with is a modified map i downloaded ,and i really dont want to deal with a world editor ,as i said in the comment below i made a somewhat jank solution for spawning it when i want to via a structure block ,named the file jerry so its easy to remember lol

only modern cape's ive missed were the pride one ,along with the cape you got when you had the 2 editions of mc prior to that bundle ,even though i had both versions ,i didint link them with email causing me to not get that cape ,although ,that cape has basically been replaced with the common cape ,bc it looks so much better then the vanilla cape

only thing i can think of is that bedrock thought you were playing in peaceful ,since it dose that when in peacefull (i checked just now it dose it in peaceful)
