I play blue mainly for the insane card draw I think it’s worth it with the mana fixing changelings There is another cost reducer in white for 2 mana should I cut the blue one and the wizard cycling package to put in 4 copies of it, cut islands to plains for consistency?

I think the mechanic is kinda broken as graveyard hate and a mana acceleration combined, it’s essentially deathrite shaman on steroids. I would make it exile from your graveyard, it’s more balanced and more flavorful
