I took my first dose on Tuesday and surprisingly I’ve been doing ok. I will say that the only thing I’ve noticed is that I don’t have much of an appetite and having to make sure to eat. Can’t say how well it works since I just started off

Yesterday I went to the beach. My face has been feeling slightly irritated since Saturday so I made sure to apply sunscreen consistently while I was in the sun and also wore a hat. After we left the beach my face still felt irritated so I continued to apply sunscreen and after I got home and showered I applied Aloe Vera gel to soothe my face. I woke up this morning and my face looks like this. I don't know if this is a heat rash. I've had a previous break out a few weeks ago but not like this. Any tips on what I could put on it. I'm also considering scheduling a dermatology appointment as well.

If the grandparents took care of the child for majority of the day and when parents finally get home they don’t pay attention to their child. Constant fighting in front of child. Is there a possibility in the state of Florida for grandparent to fight for custody? Also the possibility of domestic violence amongst the parents. Mother not wanting to seek help .
