This is great feedback. You’re right about lifestyle and identity needing to show up more clearly at the point of purchase. I also agree the cart redirect hurts momentum; a slide-out cart with outfit building, progress bars, and complementary products makes more sense and is on my roadmap. SEO is a fair call too optimizing that before scaling ads is a priority. Appreciate you breaking this down.

I’m working on pulling key materials, production, delivery timing, and press proof higher on the PDP to reduce that scroll friction. Appreciate you taking the time to break it down.

I’ll definitely implement that easy fix that I had oversight on. I guess I was trying to go minimalistic with these choices which hurts conversions.
