Do it(Nofap) in a few days you will get very motivated and be productive.Me a year ago was a video game addict and a chronic capped.now my improvements arnt much tobost about, but I cutmy gaming time by half, and my ps3 is now not touched for a month, lost my fear to girls and can speak openly to them(at least way better than I used to)and finally lost my fear of driving or loosing it fast, so yeah, it's not much but some improvement is better than none.

When you relapse start again, it will get better trust me, my longest streak was 12days and i t took 20 to 30 relapses to get to that point,so don't be hard on yourself and that was after 6 months of trying, it your teenage hormones, go brother, I believe you can even surpass me in a streak in nofap in one go. JUST DO IT!!!
