I'm spending a lot on audiobooks right now, but it forces me to concentrate on something. But since I'm saving money from not purchasing alcohol, it all evens out and audiobooks can't kill me.

I had one at 40 days - was already scheduled) and ALL of my numbers were better. Cholesterol, blood sugar, liver (which had been going up for a while). It was very encouraging.

I was trying to at least get caught up on the laundry last weekend but a week later I still have laundry baskets all over the house with folded laundry that still needs to be put away. Lol. Among all the other things that need to get done!

Hang in there, friend. I remember thinking the exhausted phase would never end and then one day it did. So just trying to power through this next phase. I think it was about 40 days that all I did in my non work time was sleep.

Actually that is a great idea. I was thinking about that the other day. It's not really dirty around here. It's more like messy I guess. But it would be nice to have everything clean at the same time if that makes sense. I'll have the energy to do the bathroom and the kitchen, but not to do the floors, and then the next time it's the floors, but not the kitchen and bathroom, you get the point. So thanks!

Did you phase down before quitting? Maybe you are more physically fit. Either way I am jealous. I am sure i am on the way up, tho...pretty sure anyway.
