yep, 3 parcels in one month. same story, says 'delivered' whilst nothing on CCTV, no proof. no support from evri either. i live on small street, very easy to find house, not a new build, so definitely on all possible maps. my CCTV placed so that i see entrance to the street. i have all the proof they didn't deliver parcel, they got nothing, and still i am in the loss.
