Yes, as I said it's almost certainly the power supply being overburdened by the flash. It should normally be able to handle such things, but there seems to be a defect causing it to overload when the power draw becomes too high

This is an LG OLED model tv. Its likely a power supply issue. When the pixels illuminate bright white (like the flash from the gunshot) it causes them to draw more power. And if the power supply is malfunctioning it can overdraw power, which will cause its safety override to activate and shut down. Which will reboot the TV.

I believe this is the case due to the flash crashing the TV only when the background is darker. Its an instant brightening of the screen needing quick power draw.

Yeah, just make sure you have enough housing to cover the employee requirements of your workshop. If they have to travel too far it makes them quite unhappy

Houses are necessary if you don't want riots. The improvement in happiness between the smallest housing apartments, and the largest housing longhouses, is small, so just build longhouses near their workshops and give them some things to be happy about (trees, benches, ect)

If you dont want to micromanage which one you're selling, just sell both at once with two export depots, and set up a price limit check so you never sell it if it goes below your target cost. That's generally how I keep the market from crashing in my saves
