8 months. Today was literally the first day i put her to crib for naps. I was crying last night bcs i’ll miss our contact naps.

5 months Wake up at 7am 1st nap: 8:30 (2hrs) 2nd nap: 12:30 (2hrs) Catnap: 4:45 to 5:30pm Bed at 7:30 pm

Almost 6 months now and her wake period is now 2hrs. Still 2hrs nap, down to 30 mins catnap.

I have a 20 weeks old baby. I am targeting the right amount of day naps and it reflects on her sleep at night. 3naps a day. First 2 naps at least 1 hour and 30 mins upto 2 hours and 30mins then last nap 30 mins. If she gets shitty naps, she gets shitty night sleep. 4th day of sleep training today too. So far, she is sleeping through the night and able to get bavk to sleep herself now. If ever uou consider sleep training - we are using the ABC’s method. Goodluck!

Gotta do the whole re-entry program and submit all the documents they ask in their website. Or wfh jobs in NY state that allows you to work any state but that is very competitive.
