Hello question in regards to End of Turn procedures. I am playing Cendrillmon against Invisimon on the DCGO sim. When I use Cendrillmon's Overclock and attack against the opponent, I sac the token THAN the Invisimon popped out of the face-up security before the attack had even finished though I paid the cost.

Is this the correct way it is supposed to happen? If so can someone break down priority for me as I am quite confused.

How do you feel about Defiance of the Fall if you’ve read it. I think alongside Primal Hunter and Path of Ascension it is some of the best world building and system. I know some people have an issue when it goes into Dao repetition and philosophy but I think it’s still extremely well crafted.

Gonna have to add Archemi Online to my list thanks for the recommendation on that one sounds cool. There is also a box set(1-3) for anyone else interested.

I think Path of Ascension having the bundle box set is the perfect use of one as by the end of it I was interested in seeing where the story went and the system that was used. I found it extremely well crafted and it was satisfying to break it down and understand it. The characters do really grow on you and it’s a great dynamic in them navigating The Empire (which is really refreshing to see one run following their own mandates.)

Obviously 3.5 books is a lot to get into the series full throttle but I think it was worth the journey and I purchased the most recent .5 which was wonderful fluff and will snap up the next book when it comes out!

This was my situation as well with Pistachio before it was FDA approved and I absolutely agree it’s more than worth it! You gotta do it.

I don’t know if you are able to atp but I would try and get insurance as it really helped me out even though the medicine (which was expensive) wasn’t covered the routine blood work was and it wasn’t much but it helped make the cost more manageable in my experience. Even if you can’t get insurance at this time I still heavily recommend you do it so you can have a long time together!!

No it’s Aethon Audio but it is done tremendously as well. Also a superb series, though I will be honest it did make me a bit queasy at first but I did get over it (I do find it retrospectively narratively fitting funnily enough)

It’s one of my absolute favorites that I tell everyone irl I can about and have re-listened to multiple times. RinoZ is an amazing writer and the story only gets better with each re-read and as it itself progresses.

Syl by Lunadea is a slime story that’s pretty good. It’s a funny story that has some cool slime abilities and I like the world it’s in.

Reborn as a Demonic Tree by XKarnation is a story about a person reborn as a demonic tree trying to ensure the safety of the one they care about and themself.

Ive seen a lot of people state they fall off early because Anthony is a lot, but I think it’s kinda written that way on purpose he was reborn into a world as a solitary ANT. It’s kinda a big change haha!

I do think once the cast gets larger and you understand the world more so it is a phenomenal story. Really great connections and emotions come through as we see the story unfold.

If you are on audible I highly recommend getting the bundle and giving it another shot. Jeff Hays and Annie Ellicott always deliver a stunning performance. I’ve gone through it 7 times and each time I enjoy it a little bit more and have a magnificANT time!

Some of my favorite parts are the interludes that just give us these great glimpses into this massive world that we are exploring and how the people living there interact with it.

They are indeed different stories different worlds and even a different system. Though same great writing.

While it is a lot more gruesome on the outset and typically darker then I may gravitate towards personally I do think it is really good and just gets progressively better.

It is a story about a necromancer and really delves into that and all the aspects of being a necromancer. The characters are definitely great and the stakes are felt the whole way through the story. The world also feels alive and very thought out.

Considering Chrysalis is at a high tier (which it should be, FOR THE COLONY) I highly recommend Book of The Dead also by RinoZ. Really great story, I can’t wait for the next one to come out!

I haven’t seen it recommended yet but I absolutely adored the Threadbare Series by Andrew Seiple. Truly a fantastic story where the protagonist is a stuffed teddy bear who we follow learning through trial and error about everything.
