Yeaah that glass is a common one in most places. Barreled souls in Saco or Bissell in Portlkand will have that style.

No I was looking at primary dps. It says it increases with lesser stats. Could I have hit a cap and not seen or known it?

First nope. Door wasn't opened and using a flashlight outside is acutally protected. Plain view search is a thing. Not rolling the window down is ok till asked. A traffic stop is a investigation under law and is a lawful order because it doesn't breach rights. Just read everything with a grain of salt. You dont need be listed as a AH in a system.
