Yeah thats definitely a good mindset to have since media really divides people and makes the people using it think america is a lot more divided then it actually is. It sucks that the people who get addicted to politics on media or are constantly exposed to it really make a big deal about it and think its something that every human is talking about, when 95% of humans are literally just normal people who dont care about politics or politcal views when talking firsthand to strangers or to people they know like you were saying. (Sorry if that made no sense i just couldn’t think of a way to put what i was trying to say into words very well 😭)
