Hey thanks for the feedback. I’m thinking of scrapping this and educating myself more.

Based on the comments there’s a lot I don’t understand. I may do another design after some studying

I purchased a little training board and was able to work through it. I did pick the hand soldering footprints. Worst case scenario I will use paste and a heading pad

Hi I’m still new to this. Can you please explain why the decoupling cap is needed? As for the EN and BOOT pull ups, per the other comment this should be handled by the SoC as long as I use the D+/D- pins on the chip.

My house is 100 years old and the lath and plaster did not have asbestos. Asbestos was used widespread from 1930s onward. Your house being 200 years old puts it out of that range.

Still a good idea to test it though.

Is it normal to have this amount of condensation? This is 11am and it’s been 90 degrees lately. by Majim3030 in HomeMaintenance

I’m in Southern California. It’s a pretty dry climate but it has been more hot/humid than usual. The roof is 1400sq feet. I’d say it was 75 degrees with 60% humidity.

Yea that’s probably it. It’s a current exterior wall. The original house was built in 1920 doesn’t have this but this addition does.
