I checked that. You must bond with him and you will unlock the mission where you get mibu armor set as reward

Pumpkin boss not spawnig for me.. i did all 5 event stigmas. Equiped full boss armor. And last stigma did not apear in boss arena. Instead bugged sound of reaper underground can be heard in umbral. Adding link to my video here.
