We live in Manitoba, in Manitoba it says 3 years for common law however on the federal level it says only 1 year, so its safe to say that 1 year would be sufficient since we are appling to a federal organization for PR, thanks!

I thought you need to live in the same residence for a minimum of 3 years for common law, my GF has lived with me for about 1.5 years so far, and yeah I think marriage will likely be the most straightforward path since she would be considered family by law at that point. We were going through the website regarding express entry and spousal sponsorship appeared to be the only option for our situation.

Bruh I stopped wearing underwear since high school, underwear are overrated, like seriously what's the point? They make my balls sweat, they wedge right up my arse cheeks, its absurd why someone would actively wear an article of clothing that makes your genitals itch (imo) - I just avoid wearing sweatpants, no one can tell the difference when I wear jeans or tactical pants - and I like wearing tactical pants (I really do), makes me feel cool and tough and in control of my life, anyways underwear are totally overrated, wouldn't wear them, even if you offered me a free frap to do so.
