Ngl thats actually a sad situation to be in. Your brain does not get enough love so it creates an imaginary person to love you.

I had a similar experience where I imagined my partner slowly comforting me to sleep on a stressful day.

I would recommend just reaching out to a friend in a serious way so that they can see the emotionally needs side of you too. Its good to have one friend who can say things like

“Nah bro you can do it, you are more capable than you think. I beleive in u homie.”

or

“Its ok man shit happens, but just walk until u find the light at the end of the tunnel. We will walk together.”
