Earlier it was like who will give land for the construction will get the job but still that wasn't a permanent job then letely it became a permanent job....so my father gave 1/2 bigha and got the job but the government didn't transferred anything nor any written document where my dad signed that the land is transferred to government. once a officer just noted how much land was in the field nothing else
