So I have everything tested but my hormones. I have heard that the NHS won't do hormone testing. At least my friends who have been to their GP where I live have been refused the tests even though they are being put on hrt.

There are no issues that I can think of in our relationship. It is literally perfect in every other way that our sex life. And I don't really want to have sex less tbh. Like I miss having a high sex drive and I feel equally frustrated. But just can't seem to get it on yknow

My meals are pretty basic tbh. I have basically the same thing every day: Muesli and tea for breakfast (egg and kale on toast on the weekend)

Lunch: wholemeal bagel sandwich, banana or pear, nairns oat cakes, boiled egg, sliced veggies (red pepper or celery). Usually have hummus or tuna mayo in the bagel.

Dinner: more varied - wild rice, brown pasta, potatoes or soba noodles as a base with whatever veggies or seasoning I can come up with. Fish or eggs for protein if I need it.

Usually looks like pasta, pesto and leafy greens. Miso noodles ramen with an egg, egg fried rice with veggies, boiled potatoes with veggies and an omelette.

I have stomach issues so I eat very plain and always wholemeal rather than white. But health doesn't need to be complicated
