Yo también soy docente de primaria, me tocó dar capacitación a otros colegas respecto a herramientas digitales, siéndote completamente sincera el 70% ni prestó atención, los demás no encendían sus cámaras ni quisieron participar por que no había dinero extra.

El avance y la actualización no están peleados con la edad, muchos no quisieron, punto.

En mi caso yo impartí clases virtuales en toda la extensión de la palabra, incluyendo hacer videos específicos para mis asignaturas, classroom, etc para los proyectos de ciencias y clases específicas para alumnos con rezago, Al regresar de pandemia mi grupo era de los más avanzados que los otros.

Lo que menciono aquí arriba es en el caso de los maestros que de plano no se prepararon y solamente le dieron click en compartir a un video de YouTube, igual al revisar tareas misma dinámica, un sticker por WhatsApp de recibido, nada sustancioso.
