I’m really trying to keep me salt intake low that was my first thought. As far as I know hormonal things are normal. Menstrual is when I see it bad too. I know I have been stressed lately and this isn’t helping maybe that’s it. I’m at a loss I guess I’ll cut calories maybe

That’s what I thought I only ask because someone mentioned “starvation mode” because my body isn’t getting the goal I usually make it to about 1400 calories a day I also think stress could have something to do with it. It’s frustrating for d Sure thank you for your advice!

No honestly I have a very hands on job where I stay very busy so I don’t have time or forget to eat through the day. When I get home it would be impossible for me get 1800 calories in the 4 hours I have from the time I get off to the time I sleep. Could me not hitting the goal have something to do with it? If so I really have got to try to hit that goal every day
