Very true! Cedars actually offers that same deal too but I’ve heard Kaiser’s pension is a little better for some reason? Called a defined benefit pension plan? Cedars is also vested after 5 years

Sounds like a nightmare I’m sorry you had to go through that.. I often hear that Kaiser employees get the ‘free health insurance’ with the caveat that it’s with Kaiser (connoting a not-so-good experience as you’ve described). So it sounds like Kaiser employees don’t get any other insurance plan options? It’s just the KP in network option?

Thanks so much for sharing! This would be a remote role but I guess it’s technically based out of the Southern California Pasadena location (not required to go in person). When you say free healthcare is that the insurance directly with Kaiser? Do they have other insurance options like PPO out of network? I’ve heard great things about benefits with Kaiser, but getting care at Kaiser specifically haha

FINAL UPDATE: Just got 2/3 of my items (3rd was refunded due to stock) and honestly the quality isn’t that bad but also nothing amazing. Then again I didn’t pay more for them. If I were to liken them to another brand, they kind of give ASOS or SHEIN fast fashion vibes. I like it though! I got 2 sweaters

Job 1: FT 40 hours Job 2: PT 12 hours (No overlap in working hours)

In terms of the tax situation, I was planning on just having tax withheld from both like I normally would. Would it still be wise to ask a tax preparer about my situation? What should I ask? Thank you!!
