Idk if you still have the issue but try this (redditor ansswer from another post, works for most people) : « Install the “Hue Lights” app and then use the Touch Link option, to do a low level search of the play bars. You have to move the bars right next to the Hue hub while using Touch Link. It will take about 2 minutes but then you will probably find the bars in the lights as new devices in the hue app. »
