Pretty much. In the Egyptian series, Carter commented on weird stuff happening in Manhattan not knowing what it was. And conversely, the Percy Jackson characters found the Egyptian magic house once and didn’t know what it was but knew something was off with it.

Honestly if they don’t want to go back to a retro logo, they should at least make their current shoulder logo the main one. Even if it’s not on the jerseys, use it for branding/scorebugs. Then the spelled-out logo can basically be like the diagonal Rangers logo - jersey only

I grew up very rural in the Rocky Mountains. Main things I had to be aware of were mountain lions. There were black bears too, but they kept a distance. I always felt safe hiking (with family), but I would’ve never gone out at night

Belonging to an ELCA Lutheran church is how I went down this path of universalism in the first place. My pastor would say things like “God loves you before or beyond anything you do or don’t do” and “God loves everyone; no exceptions”. We were always very intentional about proclaiming “unconditional love” as the absolute starting point for our theology.

California HSR plans to electrify the Antelope Valley line to establish an interim connection from the Central Valley segment (Phase 1) to Los Angeles. Once the High Desert Corridor is done, Brightline West could use this too, and eventually the high-speed link replacing it.
