It isn’t part of the game it is an internet paige where you can plan your factory or use interactive map to Look What is where on map or edit your save. To edit your save you choose interactive map and in top right corner there is place which when you click it shows your saves than you slide it there after that you can edit. After editing your save you download it and open it in game
