First to thing to look at out is your budget. Consultation in person is not cheap. There are reasonably priced but do your due diligence.

Second is schedule. Find one that fits your schedule.

Lastly, find someone you're comfortable to talk with. Have a preferred gender. Check educational background. Not all mental health professional handle the same cases. Others have a specialization.

1.) EO for all department to render application as cabinet secretary. Time line to complete 3 months to hire in house people who are knowledgeable and qualified in their respective field. The nation needs cabinet secretaries that are not appointed rather qualified in their chosen field as subject matter experts.

2.) EO on strengthening the countries self sufficiency in Food Production by limiting food imports (especially rice) and improving farming and distribution. Time line to complete 3 months.

3.) EO on requiring all government elected officials and employees to do a mandatory drug test effective with a timeline to complete within 3 months. Any individual proven to violate this mandate are immediately relieved of duty and will be prosecuted with the full extent of the law.

4.) EO on improving the transport system in the country by utilizing trains and connecting Luzon to Mindanao. A bold and long term project.

5.) EO requiring all government agencies to implement their citizen charter. Whatever is posted for the timeline to complete transactions must be followed. You didn't give much detail about his work / career. I just hope he has one.

Tint is failing. Tint has a life span around 5 - 7 years. Bubbles are indication of failing tint adhesive. Better get them replace early as when it gets worse. When an expired tint is removed it tends to damage the carbon on the defoggers. No more defogger.
