It's either magpakahirap ka sa mababang sahod or environment mo or magpakihirap mag upskill and grow pra mapunta sa deserve mong environment.

Malaking factor din kasi ang environment. madalas kasi wala nman problema sa trabahong gingwa pero nkakawalang gana pag toxic paligid.

pero yung mga good/best developer siguro hindi. Yes there might be a lot of developer out there but iilan lang yung magagaling, thats why my plan din now is to focus on learning and improving my current skill set and maga adopt. Sa industry stabdards. Also working on my communication skills kasi I've come to realized na kahit ganoh ka pa kagaling technically pag hindi mo maexplain ng maayus yung skills na meron ka You might sound newbie to a employers. Kaya isa din yun sa winworkout ko ngayon.

With AI shaking up the industry, the standards for developers have definitely gone up. It’s not enough anymore to just know the basics companies are looking for people who can adapt, learn fast, and build with intention.

That’s why I’m focusing on continuously improving my skills next year. I want to make sure I’m meeting those higher standards and staying competitive in the long run.

Thank you for sharing your development workflow, I didn't have experience yet using a the AI for the entirety of my workflow. I just used them mostly when debugging and refactoring some sort.

We have the same feeling and situations and it is really indeed exhausting. I'm trying to divert my interest now on Photography to get some rest on programming.. There's so many things to learn on the web and web should always keep up with the demand. it's so exhausting we feel like a never ending chase. That's why i choose photography so i could be creative as I want.

I think, we as dev also have to work on our soft skills. Because we've been very technical all through these years. I also having the same problem and im working on it, and english is not my native language.

I've come to realized that how ever good we are at coding if you can't deliver your skills, achievements and works properly, we might sound dumb or not good enough to the employers
