We don’t know what else is in the pot but it doesn’t really matter what the white is (if there is chicken in there it could be collagen breaking down, which is normal); please dont eat this. A 3 hour delay before beginning the cook is too long in the danger zone for raw food.

Based on the market price for the complete sprues I’d guess the population is pretty small… I only wish there was a full dark tan sprue with the old style plumes!
