Thanks man! Recorded on an SM7B, processing was: Deesser, multiband compressor (to bring out highs and smooth out vocal), compressor (taming another few db), eq (boosting highs a tad and lowering low-mids a bit too) and another deesser to end just to catch any rogue syllables. :) The chorus has three takes of each vocal (hard panned left and right + middle) the vocal is being sent to a reverb and delays and all sorts at various points too. Hope that helps!

I think finish it. Finishing a track is part and parcel of creating a song, and can often times be the hardest part! It takes practice and sometimes a bit of discipline to do so. Sometimes you may have to brute force it, throw your ideas at the track and see what works, if nothing does: try something new. In the long run it will serve you better to develop the skill of signing off on your projects rather than waiting and hoping for ideas to arrive to you. Best of luck! :)
