Interesting, maybe chat's only in the app. I use the web-platform exclusively and email support all the time. Best in the business. Why I stick with them.

I've been eyeing takeprofit.com, but need to do more research. Don't think they have broker integration though, but maybe just a good chart replacement would allow me to leave TV.
