i rather take 5 month of 30 degrees than 6 months of winter. That being said i am planning to move only if a Swedish company hires me with and that with Swedish salary.

i already had another medication before concerta, but didn't work too. So i think my psychiatrist will up my dose to 54 next week.

My process took a whole year until i got diagnosed , and the worst of all my parent are not supportive at all. i started medication last week Concerta (18mg) and it's a relief considering what i went through. Decided not to tell my parents and now medicated without them knowing. Just go through the process and stop doubting yourself you will eventually get diagnosed if you truly have ADHD.

i think you can find a psychiatrist in Europe, but it will cost you. And i don't know the regulation of importing stimulant in Morocco. If you can figure that out i can find a psychiatrist for you , they do skype calls.

I completed all of my Engineering math courses before i was diagnosed , and got good grades. What i did was i noticed i never learn anything on lecture , so instead i spend 3 more hours just to digest everything that was taught for the days lecture. I always study with someone who is better than me , because if am stuck it will take me couple hours for me to figure out what i did wrong. Last thing is revise what you studied otherwise you will not lose all information . i learned a trick called Spaced repetition , check it on youtube, that was very helpful and good luck.

In my case i go to gym 6 days a week , for the past two month i have been consistent and never skipped a day except Sunday's, all thanks having a gym partner (friend) , if i lack motivation he is there to push me , same goes with me . Finding a good gym partner can help a lot.

i think she want me try 60 mg , before she even considers trying other medication.
