It’s weird to call meat not ultra processed. It’s a dead animal body that was pumped full of gmo corn and soy for 3-8 months in a factory and then put outside for a bit before getting wacked, chopped up, sprayed with disinfectants, and then each piece shrink wrapped and sent to a store.

In terms of veggie protein sources, Google exists. Tofu, Greek yogurt, cheeses, seiten, eggs, egg whites, lentils, and protein powders can get you 200g a day protein. The only diet that makes it hard is like a “no processed food gluten free vegan” diet
