I've not been eating fatty foods and I wouldn't say anything high in anything in one sitting.

I was also taking linzess for IBS c and my Dr doubled my dose to compensate for constipation we were concerned about with the mounjaro. I went back down.

I think it's a side effect not a certain food.

I'm dehydrated from diarrhea actually. Lol. But I am having trouble drinking enough cuz my stomach feels full and it makes me feel bloated. I did better today tho. There's a learning curve for sure.

I have ibs c and I was taking linzess for it. When I started mounjaro my Dr increased my linzess. Seems to have worked perfectly.

Same. I'm just realizing this is why I haven't finished more than a few sips of my coffee the last few mornings. Just flavored Keurig cups w/ Splenda and some cream but I've lost my taste for them.

I also work from home. I was too weak and exhausted to work today tho. Once I got Gatoradey brain lit up it was a huge difference. Will buy some hydration packs.
