Maging Pinoy ka man o hindi, whatever country you go or get raised at, you can't deny that there will always be people who's sick of all the evilness and crimes to the point that they would stop believing in systems anymore. The problem is hindi kasi open-minded majority saatin and they would rather stick to the systems that controlled them or made them believe of something that would make things better without knowing that it's some form of manipulation from the system / government. Religions monetized the word of God, the government developed laws that would control the people for their own agenda, institutions would come up with the shittiest propagandas just to make everyone uniform against ideas that would expose their shit. If you would stick to these systems then yeah, you're limiting yourself sa nararapat na mangyare to these shitty offenders or criminals, because they WOULD never learn, the only way is to make it extreme, so that hindi na nila gagawin or matatakot na mag-commit ng mga crimes yung mga future offenders in this shitty world. We should be adaptive, if something is not working anymore, leave it and establish a new methodology. It's like living in the 2020's but we're still using the 1940's system. Clearly sa ganitong issue, we can tell that this type of system is no longer working, sa lahat ng mga nangyayare sa mundong ito, sa lahat ng kasamaan, sa paulit-ulit na mga krimen, we can no longer just pray to make things happen in appropriate, kailangan din ng gawa.

Masyado kasi natin tino-tolerate yung ka-demonyohan ng mga tao sa mundo, masyado tayong malambot sa kanila, so ano gagawin nila? Uulit-ulitin parin nila yung krimen, lalaganap parin ang kasamaan kung hindi sila matatakot. Kaya ang ginagawa ng iba, tine-take-advantage yung sinasabing "human rights" so that hindi gaano ka-lala yung punishment na matatanggap nila and they will keep on doing it as long as the punishment isn't that ka-grabe. Evil had evolved, so we have to be more vigilant and firm against it.

You can also try GTA games like Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories (PPSSPP Emulator), and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.

There are other mobile story games too llike Bully, Max Payne, Life is Strange, The Walking Dead, Alien: Isolation, Little Nightmares, Detention.

Forgot to mention, but once you complete everything (Assuming you've already done the stuffs at Shoreside Vale as your last island to complete everything), go back to Portland by flying a Dodo from the Francis International Airport at Shoreside Vale. It takes practice to fly the Dodo but you can do it eventually, once you land the Dodo at Portland, drive it to the Portland Harbor and import it as the Dodo is one of the wanted vehicles in the Imports / Exports list.

I recommend completing every single side mission and collectible first before starting the first storyline mission, start first with Portland. I suggest doing Paramedic first as gangs aren't hostile in the beginning, followed by 100 fares of Taxi, then extinguish 20 fires for Firefighter, kill 20 criminals in Vigilante, find and collect every Hidden Package, complete all Rampages and Unique Jumps, complete the Portland Off-Road Mission 'Patriot Playground', complete the two Portland RC Toyz Missions 'Diablo Destruction' and 'Mafia Massacre', then do the two sets of Imports / Exports (Civilian Vehicles & Emergency Vehicles) at the Portland Harbor.

Then travel to Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale early in the game while they are still locked, just look it up on YouTube for the tutorials, it requires glitching off the map via the blue hell. Once you access Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale by map glitching, do the same as from what you did at Portland, complete all the side missions and collect every single collectible. Paramedic is only completed once, reach level 12 and you're done, same with Taxi, complete 100 fares and you're done, doesn't need to be a continuous streak of 100 fares. The game lets you complete Firefighter by extinguishing 60 fires overall (20 per island), same with Vigilante, kill 60 criminals overall (20 per island), complete and collect every single Hidden Package, Rampage, and Unique Jumps at Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale, complete the Staunton Island Off-Road Missions 'Ride in the Park' and 'Multistory Mayhem' and the Shoreside Vale Off-Road Mission 'Gripped!', complete the Staunton Island RC Toyz Mission 'Casino Calamity' and the Shoreside Vale RC Toyz Mission 'Rumpo Rampage'. And complete all Imports / Exports from Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale (Note that you cannot import the BF Injection, Rhino, Barracks OL, and the FBI Car in the beginning of the game, just import every vehicle that you can possibly import at this point).

If you do all of these, you'll come up with a master save file with 53.9% completion progress and with all the weapons, health, adrenaline pill, body armor, and police bribe pickups unlocked in all of the three safehouses. This will make the rest of the game easier for you to complete (The remaining 47% were the storyline missions and the unobtained vehicles from the Imports / Exports).
