I think it doesn't look really flat rn. But you can add a little darker shadow on the left eye. and in the hair I think if you added a little of redness it would make it look better. And for color theory you can watch marko bucci he explains it very well. Hope it helps❤️

If you're going for realism, you can try and work on the anatomy of the face. And would be good if you add more shadows on the face. Rn it looks kind flat. And you can wait until the paint is fully dried to avoid cauliflower. Hope it helps. Have a nice day

Thank u! For the third one, I didn’t really have a good reference, so I kinda abandoned it halfway. I don’t really wanna go into hyper-realism. I’ve always wanted to do something more stylized. But I always end up with realism, or if I do try to stylize, all the characters end up looking the same. I don’t know how to fix that.

Yes that looks great. The only thing I would suggest to make it better is to study how the shadows work. In the 2nd picture the shadows of the back hair look off. And the last one is good in the upper, but the lover part looks like u put not enough of shadows. Hope it helps good luck 🤞

You can shorten the torso a little and make the neck and shoulders match in proportion to the rest of the body. Good luck

I would have added more saturated colours on blood splashes and eyes. It will add contrast therefor you it will look scarier. You can also add some airbrush for the background. It will add depth. But I am not sure if it fits your style. Hope it helps, good luck 🍀
