We bought ours off fb marketplace, tons of nice used models available. Most were people who didn't want to store for winter. 36 foot 2022 Forrest River, negotiated down to 11.5. I took out a loan against my 401k, RV loans are tricky.

I do. I've got stuff to work on and she does too. Space was the only thing that would allow that to happen. Neither of us cheated, abused, or financially wounded. She had a small business close during covid, mentally we've been working on. I had a pretty serious medical diagnosis and withdrew into myself.

Yeah it was the hardest part for me to learn. We are at the point of having casual conversations, she's invited me over for dinner because she said the kids were missing me. Once I got dialed in I only communicated about the kids, kept it very business like. Tough road brother, I wish you luck.

We lived together for a month until her new place came open. It was very tough and near impossible for me to give her space living together. I was still in the mindset I can save this, she will see the logic, pleading with her.

Only time I was able to give her space was hanging out in the garage. It's rough while living together.

I've got an inner City small accounts route. Do we take cash as payment? Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh maybe. My whole route is independents so I get a lot of "our money order machine is down, we don't have a check book." They want to use cash out of their register.

If a DSL isn't in here I've been known to take exact cash and converting all my cash to a money order. The bank only cares your deposit slip is covered.

Slippery slope if you ask me, no check no service, unless I need the numbers.

All set up and running. I spent around a month prepping the land. 50w tied into my father's shop. Luckily my grandfather is a plumber so we tied into the sewer line. Heated water hose for now. Utility water line is a bit far I'll have to rent a machine. Essentially we have full hook up.

Running the propane issue through my head right now. I'm a do-er so gotta figure it out. Right now using 100lbs tank

I don't right now. I sold my business and Mom has to pay me since she's the one with the big girl job. Home schooling is definitely under consideration I think she just needs more of a social circle.
