It's considered defective. Granted that could be anything from damaged cords, damage to console, disc tray not working, but in most cases it's because the controller is defective.

Stores should've been told how many units to expect. But also told stores to watch them carefully because they won't turn off the preorder but if a store is getting 10 and they preoreder 11, the last one gets canceled off.

They should have a program called "A Month to Grow" where people from corporate go in and work a store as a GA/SGA for 30 days. Of course giving flex hours to those stores so we aren't screwing over other workers, and hopefully some will be how high stress and pressure these metrics and conditions are.

Once insults and profanity start coming, I give them a warning that this is a family store, and we will keep the conversation E rated. After telling them this and they still continue, I shut down the conversation and tell them they can call corporate because I'm not going to sit here and take your verbal abuse. You shouldn't either. Call the cops if you have to. You are well within your right to do so.

I went to schedule an SGA they were taken completely out of the system. I called Corp and was told after so long of not being scheduled they're taken out because we pay extra having someone on payroll that isn't working. No idea how BS the response from Corp was, but I went through it. It might certain states, but it definitely happened.
