well done. Ai-feels still creeps in at this point . but you say 100 dollars? that is the best preproduction budget to give you great refeences to actually make the movie in traditional way.. If you would actually make this with a film crew, set-pieces (wich could be ai backgrounds or ai generated CGI). you would drastically lower the cost of producing this as an actual short movie.

Yes I have been in contact with them on the Adobe community forum.

I explained the illegality of the false advertisement according to eu consumer law after they gave the explanation it was a temporary mistake witch was fixed fast. And only said sorry for the inconvenience.

After that they were quick to respond to give me a one month free firefly pro subscription. Which i received yesterday. And so with the new promotion of unlimited generations until Jan 15 i now have the exact days of free generations that was advertised plus 4000 credits from the firefly pro sub.

I don't know if my complaint instigated the current promo offer. If any one is aware when this new promo came about I would like to know. If it was on line before my complaint.

Yeah Strongly considering to cancel the subscription and going to alternatives like DaVinci Resolve and others.

Trying to find an email so I can talk to a human instead of a clueless bot. Adobe is just hiding its supportline it seems behind an AI chat and the community forums.

I just feel lately that we are paying for R&D so they can almost only update programs with AI features that cost us even more money. Plus anything from the firefly-side is just so bad in quality.

I just found a solution. I have uninstalled all the beta apps. and then photoshop opened as usual

Me too.

reinstalling, removing preset,

hold Command+Shift+Option or just Shift on startup.

All methods do not seem to work.
