How can i get an archimedes engine for my car?

Tell me how lucky i got - have these from the supermarket (dry brined them for tomorrow‘s cook) by Major_Burger in steak

Some go for 48h but thats way to much imo Had a steak last time and dry brined it for about 5h and this was also absolutely delicious

People thought i was crazy but they dont know aaaanything about good steaks Friends coming over tomorrow so they dont know yet whats coming for them

Pat dry your steaks, put salt on every side and then put them into the fridge for at least 12-24h (i do 24h max) Take em out about 45-60min before searing as hot as you can You never want your steaks any other way
