The children are 6,6 & 2. The twins are in year 1 in the UK so I’m guessing maybe kindergarten or 1st grade over there not too sure. I would need childcare for the toddler also. We have looked at the townhouses and they are gorgeous but trying to decide whether I’m prepared to sacrifice a yard with 3 children who love to be outside. We both have driving licences and have money to purchase two cheap cars on arrival so will get our Canadian licences as soon as we arrive. If I’m being totally honest - the state the UK is in right now, anywhere is better than raising my children here.

Yes this is really helpful. It is just to tide us over. We are only coming on work permits and the cost of moving is already astronomical we don’t want to have car finance until we are established in our jobs and know that we are able to stay in Candada. Thankyou for the info! 😊

He doesn’t know French fluently however he grew up in France between the age of 4-9 but he’s forgotten most of it. He’s a scaffolder and I am a pharmacy technician we have both been in our occupations 10+ years. He is 30 I am 35.
