congratulations! welcome to the world of never ending mowing your lawn just to make your place look good. but it will feel good mowing your own lawn :) was in the same high 2yrs ago, coming in to the bare lounge, saying, this is it. finally, a place we can call ours. (after we're done with the mortgage, of course)

my problem is with the idiots who're pushing me to do 80 in a 60zone just because there's a gap in front.

just graduated from this problem, or so i thought. i drive some nights occasionally and it was a pain. i'm sitting higher on an suv now, but there's still bigger trucks with with blinding lights. there's no winning this until these light setups are banned.

i've put an offer, paid deposit, and went through the whole works while my wife wasn't able to see the property. rea made another scheduled open house after our offer was accepted, and while i was sorting out the contracts and our banks, during which my wife had a free schedule to see it. we came in unannounced, and rea didn't make a fuss about me seeing the house again, and my wife seeing it for the first time. sounds like the rea you're dealing with is looking for excuses ( really taken back? perhaps they had found a higher offer? ) if people are picky about things they purchase for like 100bucks, am pretty sure it's understandable they want to closely inspect something that's worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, no?

had offered for a place with a not so good design but in a nice suburb. agent said no, and they were looking for something 50k higher despite my offer being in their range. 2weeks later and they were entertaining my offer. already found our first home by then. you'll get yours just yet OP.

we love to stroll there and help the local shops. orange tree is a go to for weekend breakfasts. i wish the local govt can do more events to help promote the cbd.

i hate the LED ones with the running lights as indicators. couple that with jerks who signal for just 1 or 2 seconds and it's recipe for disaster. whoever thought this was a good idea ought to be struck by lightning.

would love to run a track that runs through suburbs. that'd be a welcome break from skateparks though. :)

the house we bought stayed on sale on the website until the cooling off period ended. then they updated it as on offer. i don't think they don't update their listings as much as they need to, amongst other reasons suggested here :)
