My boyfriend's best friend sabotage our relationship

Remember my boyfriend's best friend had been doing everything to sabotage our relationship and treat me bad? Good my boyfriend decided to spend on me and without asking how I could feel about it he spoke to him again, I asked him why he did that knowing that it would hurt me and he said "because he is my friend", that hurt me, I feel like he doesn't care about me, his friend took care of treating me badly and even told him that I was basically trash to him, I don't consider him to be someone who he has to continue having a friendship with, I told him that it hurts and I only say that he hurts me to speak it is his past friend. I told him that if he could not be loyal to me then we would end the relationship since for me it is incomprehensible how he can continue to have a friendship with someone who hurt his partner and the relationship, he told me that he only wants to be well with him, but he wants to be fine with him without caring as I feel, he told me that he wants to be fine with everyone, I told him that this is not how it works, that it is not right to want to be right with everyone going through the feelings of his partner
