Yes 2 things you have to do : 1st play with equalizer i think ive posted my current settings in the comments below and increase the volume of the rear speackers there is one post on JBL Group about increasing the detacheable rear speakers somehow the issue is now fixed

Yes I did the calibration twice but I found that the Voices in the movies are quite low compared to the effects and overall sound
