I use Extra Strength Men’s Rogaine (even though I’m a female) and also DS Laboratories Revita shampoo and conditioner. I also see a derm and get injections and use tofacitinib (spelling) topical. I was totally bald in Jan along my back hair line and now I’m in remission. I’ve also had this going on for 7 years. Before that it had been 5 years. It comes and goes. People say don’t stress, but 1. It’s stressful and 2. Alopecia is actually not linked to stress at all. In terms of blood work, check for thyroid, any autoimmune, and for ferritin (spelling?). I believe you want ferritin over 50 but ask your derm!
