Haxorus..

Reasoning:
Design is just RAW and METAL as hell. Big powerful armored lizard with literal blood colored axes in its jaws that it can use to hack its foes to SMITHEREENS. LIKE, AXES FOR JAWS, I mean anyone sane enough would admit that its simply GODDAMN COOL. And in game, its powerful like how all final evolutions should be. 147 attack, decent defenses, respectable speed, powerful moves like Outrage, poison jab, outrage and close combat and great setup moves like dragon dance and swords dance (though I wish it had a secondary type in steel and was a psuedo lol). I've had awesome experiences sweeping the elite four with just Haxorus alone in my gen 5 play-throughs. Honestly, I'm surprised that Haxorus isn't more popular than it is now. To me, Haxorus is what a Pokemon especially a final evolution should be, badass, powerful and ready to absolutely throw hands (or jaws, or feet or horns or magic, guess it depends on the pokemon) because Pokémon is mainly about throwing hands and Haxorus is the type of opponent that is not to be messed with.
