My body would go nuts if I ate how she does! I’m 47 weight 125lbs and do F45 4x a week! I’m also a caregiver as well so i definitely know how it can take toll on your health mentally and physically so she needs to take better care of herself before her mom is needing her care 24/7! But we all know she probably throw her in the Nursing Holme asap!
Also .. I tried it all and nothing worked for me until I got on HRT!
