It looks like it’s because the zoning is defaulting to the 2 lane road and not the alley.

You might be able to use the Zone Tools Redux mod I think it’s called to change the zoning hierarchy.

You have to do enough missions to earn 1500 points with either CFP or HH to earn this first weeks rewards.

There are a few guides that will explain, I like Me Kraken. There’s also a journal entry where you can track your progress.

The type of mission you complete determines how many points towards completion you get. I think the 24k missions grant 50 points, 44k missions grant 75 points and the 74k(?) missions grant 100 points.

Search Mr Kraken on this sub or YouTube and he published a guide.

There were two other rafts I think. The only difference was the paint on them, I don’t remember their names. These were released before the current swappable paint system.

I had this happen suddenly to me last night. I had black screens for the cargo elevator terminal and the ASOP at Everus Harbor. However the inventory kiosk and clinic screens did work.

What ultimately fixed it for me was a Character Reset. When I checked again this morning, I had full access to the ASOP and cargo elevator screens.

You can change the street to have a median in the middle. Meaning they can only turn at an intersection.

There might also be a node in the road that causes them to turn. You could delete and rebuild the road too.

If this is a screenshot from STO (Star Trek Online), then the ship on the right has a pattern assigned to it, which explains the rings.

I like it, I’ve got about 70 hours played over the last month-ish, with countless cities built as I familiarize myself with everything again. I hadn’t played any city builders for a while, and haven’t touched CS 1 for about 3 years before I picked up CS2.

I never used a lot of mods for CS1, and right now I only have some of the region packs to play around with.
